There was a time when I could lead complex systems, make high-stakes decisions, and hold everything together, while quietly feeling the pressure never let up.

Until I couldn't. My nervous system was completely overwhelmed and dysregulated, I became ill and was hospitalized with vertigo.

What I came to understand is this: the pressure is not just the role, it is the patterns I fell into.

Under stress, we return to ways of thinking and responding formed long before leadership - patterns that once kept us safe, and now keep us overextended, over-responsible, and disconnected from ourselves. And we pay a price.

This is the work I do.

My message empowers women by removing shame from their exhaustion and replacing it with understanding. When leaders recognize that their patterns are learned and adaptable, they regain agency.

Rather than telling women to push harder or simply “prioritize self-care,” I provide a framework for operating differently at the neurological and behavioural level. This allows them to maintain high standards while protecting their health, relationships, and decision-making capacity. The support comes from giving language, science, and strategy to something many women feel but have never fully articulated.
